Felt so surprised that our room got upgraded and its special arrange for my beloved birthday! Have great time here in RIXOS!! Staffs are passionate, friendly and helpful!!! Definitely will be back and stay with RIXOS when I come traveling next time!!

Отель хороший как и все отели этой цепочки .Единственное при бронировании указано что свой пляж и бассейн -но когда приехала узнала что пляж и бассейн принадлежит другой компании но гости отеля могут занимать все лежаки расположенные после второго ряда у бассейна( что нереально так как отель огромные и за лежаком приходиться походить) и свободные лежаки на пляже Тоже их не хватает всем так как приходят гости на план и бассейн за отдельную плату . Это нужно писать честно на сайте . Утром на завтрак очереди особенно с 10 до 11 но она быстро движется .Выбор стандартный для отеля (странно но шампанское как во всех отелях цепочки не подают ) ,приходиться ждать долго чай и кофе так как заказ через официанта он же утром убирает столики и повторюсь много людей . Ужин хороший -большой выбор морепродуктов и суши и роллы ,с мясом более скромный выбор -но выбрать можно .Десерты и сладости это просто невозможно пройти -все хочется попробовать .В номере все стандартно но нет меню не в минибаре ,нет инструкции как и чем пользоваться печатной -пробывала через смарт телевизор тоже не нашла . Рядом с отелем можно погулять . Чем заниматься дети в отели не понятно -они есть но анимации не для детей ,не для взрослых не увидела .На рецепте и есть русскоговорящие девочки готовые всегда помочь .Заселили раньше положенного времени .На море медузы есть -очень сильно жалят -но есть врач и поможет с обработкой (даже русскоговорящий) . Вообщем отель рекомендую .!!!

More than comfortable and beautiful premium hotel. We visited it 6 years ago, now we're back and it only became better during the last 6 years. They improved much: pillow menu, fabulous breakfasts and dinners, the highest standards of cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Svetlana and Ilya from reception desk - they were always ready to help. Thanks Ong for the excellent cleanliness our room. We asked Guest relations staff members for some favor - office chair(we needed it to perform some online business meetings during our holiday), they helped in a quick and efficient manner, the office chair was provided almost immediately. Thanks to each and every team member of the restaurant: they all worked as a team, thank you a lot again! Always clean, tasty food. We managed to perfectly relax and recharge. We should also separately mention the beach facilities. The beach club is one of the best in Dubai and hotel guests can use on complimentary basis. Beach is actually 5 minutes walk from your room, which makes everything easier. You should also try the pool bar, you can order some cold soft or not so soft drinks directly from the pool. Food is very healthy, tasty, fresh everywhere - starting from the breakfast restaurant ending with the beach bar and restaurant. Biggest choice of healthy food I've ever seen: healthy drinks, sprouts, vegetables, fresh fruit, a lot of choices for any diet or culture. Thank you for your hospitality, service, comfort, friendliness. We'll be back again soon!

The hotel is in a great location in the center of JBR and pool is really nice enjoyed the stay so much, staff are so friendly and the reception officer allowed me to do early check in which was great

The hotel is very beautiful, chic and modern. But we are very happy with all the hotels in the chain, which are phenomenal. at Rixos Dubai the service was excellent, they pleasantly surprised us for our anniversary, checked us in early. Thank you for the support from Diana - by email She is very responsive and a true professional, for whom it is important that the client is satisfied. The restaurants, bars, delicious food, spa center, location - the best.
